Eight Count ("the App") is developed and maintained by RBit Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We built Eight Count to be a simple, private tool. This policy explains how the App handles — or more accurately, does not handle — your data.

None. Eight Count does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information. The App operates entirely on your device and does not communicate with any servers.

Any settings or configurations you create within the App are stored locally on your device only. We have no access to this data. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed with it.

Eight Count does not integrate with, send data to, or receive data from any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

Because we do not collect any data from any user, the App is safe for use by individuals of all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations by virtue of not collecting any information whatsoever.

If we ever update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If we ever begin collecting data in a future version of the App, we will update this policy accordingly and notify users.
